Return & Refund Policy – Arabian Gleam

At Arabian Gleam, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in offering premium fragrances, skincare, and beauty products, and ensure that every order is delivered with care and accuracy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Delays caused by couriers or customs

  • Used items or items not in original condition and packaging


2. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your Order Number, clear photos or a short video of the item, and a brief reason for return

  3. Wait for our customer service team to review your request and provide return instructions

⚠️ Do not send items back without approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.


3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are made through the original payment method or issued as store credit

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit (not as physical cash)


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used personal care and skincare products

  • Perfumes that have been opened or sprayed

  • Customized, clearance, or special-order items

  • Electronics or watches that have broken seals or visible post-delivery damage


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement — only if they have not yet been processed or shipped

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), Arabian Gleam will cover the return shipping cost

  • In all other approved cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
